Shipping
Free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada and Mexico. No minimum spend.
- Processing: 24–72 hours after you order.
- Delivery, United States: typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery, Canada and Mexico: typically 8–18 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: emailed to you as soon as the parcel is on its way.
- Where we ship: the United States, Canada and Mexico. We do not ship anywhere else at the moment.
- Duties and import taxes: orders to Canada or Mexico may be subject to import charges set by your country. These are not included in the price and are payable by you on delivery.
We ship through fulfilment partners rather than our own warehouse. It keeps our prices near the low end of the market and shipping free, and it means delivery takes a few days longer than a same-day marketplace.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.
- The item needs to be in resalable condition, with its packaging.
- No restocking fee.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.
How to start a return
- Message us from the contact page with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
- Send the item back and let us know the tracking number.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't have to ship a damaged item back.
