How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada and Mexico. There is no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–12 business days from dispatch. Canada and Mexico usually take a few days longer. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

Do you ship outside North America?

Not at the moment. We currently ship only to the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Orders within the United States never carry import charges. Orders to Canada or Mexico may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, which are not included in the price and are payable by you on delivery.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from fulfilment partners rather than our own warehouse. That is how we keep prices close to the low end of the market and shipping free. It also means delivery takes a few days longer than a same-day marketplace — we'd rather tell you that up front.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be in resalable condition with its packaging. Start a return from the contact page and we'll send you instructions. Full details are in our refund policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Message us as soon as possible and we'll catch it if we can.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are all accepted.

Will the ab roller hurt my wrists?

That's exactly what it's designed to avoid. Your forearms rest in padded cups rather than gripping a bar, so the load never runs through your wrist joint. It's the reason most people who gave up on a standard ab wheel get on with this one.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced?

No. The rebound spring assists your return, so you control how much of the movement you do yourself. Start with short sets from your knees and build up.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You won't be asked to ship a broken item back.
